Services delivered include a free telephone helpline, one-to-one initial assessments and reviews, counselling, support groups, befriending, workshops and training. Due to a restructure within Safeline the following posts have arisen:

Receptionist/Admin Assistant - 37.5 hours per week, £15,039 full time
The post-holder will be responsible for ‘front-of-house' activities at Safeline by being the first point of contact for visitors to the office and for telephone calls. They will operate the client bookings calendar, liaising with staff/counsellors re appointments and cancellations as well as assisting with other tasks such as database inputting, newsletters and eventual website updating. Finance Officer - 7.5 hrs per week, £18,000 pro rata
The post-holder will be responsible for operating the financial administration function within Safeline including the processing of invoices, cheques and donations. Support with the payroll function, gift aid returns and budget spreadsheets also form part of this. If you have experience of operating financial functions within or for charities, used financial systems such as Excel, have a keen eye for detail, are reliable and honest, this may be the job for you.

ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Adviser) - 22.5 hrs per week, £20,198 pro rata
